2. High speed operation capability The roller rack transmission system can achieve high speed transmission, up to 11 meters per second. High positioning accuracy can only be provided by linear motors, and the ultra-low friction design does not generate heat or component wear during high-speed motion.
The infinite stroke length linear roller rack transmission system of precision rack adopts modular design. Standard racks are available in lengths of 1 meter and 0.5 meter, which can be infinitely connected according to application needs, or can be cut into shorter lengths as needed. This is very beneficial for rack storage, effective supply, cost reduction, and interchangeability. Use a special tool to connect the rack and accurately transmit the position accuracy of the front rack to the lower rack through the rack's teeth. Non standard parts can also be customized according to drawings.
