1、 Precautions before installation

The mounting shaft of this machine should be cleaned before use. Check whether the installation shaft has any bruises or dirt, and if any, remove them completely.

The operating temperature of the reducer is 0~40 ℃.

3. Check whether the fit size of the hole (or shaft) connected to the reducer meets the requirements. The tolerance of the hole should be H7 (the tolerance of the shaft is H6).

Before use, replace the plug at the highest position with an exhaust plug to ensure that the gas in the body is discharged during the operation of the reducer.

2、 Installation of speed reducer

The reducer can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, torsional resistant support structure.

Under any circumstances, it is not allowed to use a hammer to drive the pulley, coupling, pinion, or sprocket onto the output shaft, as this will damage the bearing and shaft.

3、 Use and maintenance

1. After installing the reducer, check whether it is flexible. For official use, it is necessary to conduct a no-load test, and gradually load and operate under normal operation.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use the reducer beyond the rated load.

Before use and during operation, check whether the oil level of the reducer is normal. This machine has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. The name of the lubricating oil is Medium Load Industrial Gear Oil GB5903-86220.

4、 Oil change system

The lubricating oil should be replaced after the first oil change when the machine is running for 300 to 400 hours, and then every 1500 to 2000 hours. In workplaces with harsh working conditions, high temperatures, and heavy dust, the lubricating oil should be inspected every half a month. If any dirt is found in the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil should be replaced to keep the lubricating oil clean, extend the service life of the reducer, and improve economic benefits.

5、 Oil replacement

When changing the oil, it is necessary to wait until the gear unit cools down without burning hazards, but it should still be kept warm because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases, making it difficult to drain the oil. (Note: Cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent inadvertent energization!)
